User Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern use of 21 Dukes. It explains the rules we apply to accounts, transactions, promotions and disputes so you know what to expect when you register, deposit or play. We operate the platform and enter into a user relationship with each person who creates an account; by using the site you accept these terms and any supplementary rules posted on the site.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information when registering and must keep account details current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access you must notify us immediately via the site contact options. We may suspend or close accounts where fraudulent activity, chargebacks, identity theft or other breaches of these terms are suspected.
Verification and limits
Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals or at other times as needed to meet regulatory, security or anti-money-laundering checks. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID and proof of address. We may impose deposit, withdrawal and wager limits on accounts for risk management or at your request to support responsible play.
Eligibility requirements
To register you must be of legal age to gamble in your province and not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited. Only one account per person, household, device or IP address is permitted unless we expressly allow otherwise. Accounts created in breach of this rule may be closed and balances forfeited.
Acceptable platform use
Our platform must be used in a lawful manner. You must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, collude with other players, or use automated betting tools unless expressly permitted. Repeated abusive behaviour, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any conduct intended to circumvent limits may result in restrictions, seizure of funds or account closure.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be posted with each offer. In general, bonuses require eligible deposits, are subject to wagering requirements and game contribution rules, and may expire if wagering conditions are not met within the stated time. Only one active bonus may be allowed per account where stated, and maximum bets while wagering bonus funds may be limited. We reserve the right to cancel promotions or refuse bonus claims where abuse or error is suspected.
Deposits and withdrawals
